El Bracero in Hopkinsville

I only get here a few times a year, but this is so much better then the Mexican restaurants where I'm from.I've never had a bad experience here. The food is always fantastic. Even the little things, like cheese dip, so delicious.The staff is friendly, and the service is quick.

Our food came out very fast! And it was super good. No complaints whatsoever

Excellent Mexican food...very fresh! (The bowl of guacamole is mixed right at tableside!) We had a shrimp fajitas with extra rice and beans, cheesy rice that the 5 year old liked and a beef fajitas dinner! Variety of choices on menu. Best we've had in a really long time, even when we travelled recently from the west coast. We love Mexican food! Customer and wait staff were friendly, personable and efficient. Catering is available. Prices are reasonable. Handicapped parking is accessible as is seating at tables for the disabled or wheelchair bound. Very enjoyable mealtime!

Very busy when we arrived, seated quickly, short wait to get our order taken. Waiter kept our drinks, chips and salsa full while we waited for our food. Overall food and service were excellent considering how busy they were. Will be back!

Service was very fast and good. The place is at a convienent location and is nice. Where the rating really comes into play is with the food: it's OK. Not the best Mexican I've had, but no the worst either. It's more middle if the road. Would I recommend it? Depends. If you are looking for great Mexican food, maybe. If you are looking for decent Mexican food with super fast service, yes.

Meh, everyone has a preference but I like Senior Lopez or Las Fuentes over this one. You get better food at the others and service is better. The last time i was here the chips were burnt. I flagged the server down after waiting forever. He just brought more burnt chips.

Great service, great food! You always get big portions - and I’ve never walked away hungry. This is some of the fastest non-fast food I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for great Mexican food at a great price, go to El Bracero.

Amazing food. First place we've been to here in KY, that's close to authentic. We absolutely loved it. Not New Mexico chili but came close to everything we expect from authentic Mexican food. 😍👍👍

This place is great! It has a clean family oriented feeling when you walk in. The staff are friendly and the food, it's fantastic. Try the Jalisco, it's the best, I promise if you love Mexican food, then you won't be disappointed.

I visited El Bracero with a large group of friends. The service was excellent! Food was good, but most impressed with waiters attention to keeping food & drinks refreshed.

I cannot express how much I love this place. The food is awesome, the drinks are well made, the service is attentive, and I think the name is my favorite part. Very clever! I try to come here as often as I can

Service was slow. Took over 10 min. to take my drink order but the Burrito Azteca was one of the best I've ever had... all in all I would definitely try it again

Food was delicious. Not exactly sure of the name but got this meal that came to the table in a stone pig. It was shrimp and steak and veggies and you scoop out and put in a tortilla. Amazing. The portion was largest enough for myself and wife and I ain't a small guy. The service was very good. Very attentive. Only downside was we were in a large group and the acoustics were not good for conversation. Had difficulty hearing. Minor thing for great food. Price was extremely reasonable.

Two starts because my son liked his meal. However the carry out service was horrible, the person at the front was rude when I came to pick up. One of my meals was missing and another one was incorrect, when I discussed this with the manager he was t much help either. Maybe it was an isolated incident because we had heard great things about this place. It was enough for me to continue going to Senor Lopez for Mexican in Hopkinsville.

The food wasn't nearly as good as the two el bracero restaurants in clarksville. The service seemed like they resented us, they only came by to bring us our food and drinks didn't ask if we were enjoying the meal or if we needed anything additional. We also ordered their table side guac which we got right as our food came out along with our drinks. Also the tip was based on a 100 dollar ticket not our specific meal. I may note that it wasn't a busy evening and our waitress only seemed to be working 2 tables.

Good food, second coat in as many days. Wait staff today was ok. Left a 30% too never saw them again. Don't pay bill till your ready to leave.

Fresh hot food and excellent service. Lots of shrimp on the shrimp fajita nachos. Tasty margarita and cold bottle of Michelob Ultra.

Very good food... the frozen margaritas are where it's at. A pitcher of mango strawberry is good for five of the regular glasses and you will save money. Awesome variety if seafood and steak. The wait staff is top notch and always willing to fix any problems quickly. Friday and Saturday night is always busy so get a table early.

Never had a bad experience food is always great and they are very friendly. Accurate with orders and they are doing great with the covid 19 going on. Overall great place!!! Best Mexican place in town.
